Born
and raised in the 518, Marina DeSantis is a proud Scotia-Glenville
High School graduate
whose passion for fashion and jewelry began with her very first
job at American Eagle. What started
as a love for styling quickly evolved into something greater when
she found herself drawn
to the world of jewelry—both as an industry professional
and a model.
 
Her
journey into the modeling world began unexpectedly, as she transitioned
from working with
jewelry to showcasing it in commercials for the very businesses
she admired. That early exposure
led to her first paid gig in a law office commercial, marking
the beginning of an exciting and evolving career.
 
As
Marina honed her craft, her dedication and natural talent began
to attract the attention
of established, well-known photographers. With each new opportunity,
she deepened her understanding
of the art of modeling, developing an appreciation not just for
being in front of the camera, but for the
creative process as a whole. Her portfolio quickly expanded to
include studio and outdoor shoots,
creative concept work, commercial and brand collaborations, and
even runway appearances.
She also took her talents to the screen, starring in a short film
and stepping behind the camera to study
angles, lighting, and composition—giving her a well-rounded
perspective on the industry.
 
Beyond
her professional pursuits, Marina's most cherished role is that
of a mother to two daughters.
She understands that her image and work influence them, and she
strives to be a living example
of confidence, ambition, and passion. Through her journey, she
hopes to instill in them the belief that
they can achieve anything they set their minds to, encouraging
them to explore their talents,
push their limits, and thrive in whatever paths they choose.
 
With
