Te’Jun is a Texas-based, Cajun-inspired seafood
company with mobile food trucksas well as
restaurants, established in 1997. Te’Jun started as
a mobile seafood restaurant serving boiled crawfish
to the South-Central Texas area. They also serve
as a supplier of live crawfish as well as other
seafood, including shrimp, lobster and crab.
Your dining experience will be lip-smackin’ as well
relaxed in the main dining area, or the deck nestled
along the lake and for your convenience they also
offer drive-thru. The menu consists of boiled
crawfish, shrimp, crab legs, lobster, po-boys and a
wide variety of sides, corn on the cob, red potatoes
and sausage.
Te’Jun is Christ-centered and family-owned by Joe
and Tammy Reid, in which Joe started the business
to earn extra income for his two daughters’ college.
They built the first trailer in 1996 with the
assistance of two friends, Dean Gauntt and Bobby
Brown. It was constructed in Bobby’s backyard.
It’s to be added to places for visit when in the area
with four locations.

The experience is set up for your dining

The whole concept is built on the self-service
tap wall with more than 80 beverages to
choose from the impressive variety of craft
beer, cider, wine, cocktails, and spirits, all on
draft or straight from the bottle wines (red,
white, rose, and sparkling.
The entire menu is created from scratch to
offer you an affordable, yet deliciously balanced
menu prepared by Chef Dax McAnear, who has
years of innovative, fine dining experience.
From the walk-up counter you can order
delights from pizza to Confit Chicken Thighs
with Cherry-Apricot Chipotle Compote or
maybe Shrimp and Grits with house made
Sausage and Cauliflower “grits”. They have
created healthy, tasty choices the suit
Whole30, Paleo, Vegan and Gluten-free
lifestyle.
Shoot The Moon is a family-oriented restaurant
with kid friendly meals such as pizza, mac-n-
cheese and chicken tenders and other delights,
like dessert!
The restaurant is from executive director Kevin
Floyd (Anvil Bar & Refuge, Underbelly, Hay
Merchant, UB Preserve), culinary director Dax
McAnear (Beaver’s, Underbelly, Hay Merchant)
and development director Jonas Herd
