Let
me say that the situations that have occurred in Houston and surrounding
areas have already twice with the tornado and then the hurricane
has caused major problems. I feel blessed that God has kept his
hand on me with only clean-up and the roof needing repair. The
power is out in certain areas which means the gas stations are
not able to dispense gasoline, it runs on electricity, so I got
caught in that one and needed to wait for service, as my gas is
low at the time.
During
this time of shutdown, it gives me time to focus on the new music
and fashion from the New York area and nationally with the “Backstage”
hosted by Mark Davis who has created a platform for the entertainment
industry to express themselves up close and uncensored. It is
a pleasure to listen to people talk about their journey in life,
getting to where they are in the business. The category of music
is fresh and new to the scene with hip-hop rap, rhythm and blues,
jazz. Mark has interviewed up and coming models that are making
big moves in the fashion industry, they are moving around the
nation showing how they can bring fashion out with unique style
and looks both on the runway and print.
