The Rose B. Johnson Colon Cancer Foundation Luncheon And Mixer 2021 The Rose B. Johnson Foundation held a full day of educating and socializing on Saturday, July 17, with starting the afternoon with a Lunch N Learn seminar, which also held Covid-19 testing and informative information on health and mental health. The events were held at Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton, Missouri City, Texas. Hosted by Lynette Riddex, and Co-Host Faustine Martin. Speakers for the luncheon were Dr. D’Yonne’ Browder, G.L.I.D.E. LLC, Trina Smith, LCSW, Supervisor, and Craig Sandling, Cleaner Air and Water. The RBJ Networking Mixer later that evening was more on the fun side with DJ Jammin J on the ones and two’s, vendors, and a load of socializing as the world is being able to come together once again. The mission of RBJ is to inform, educate and communicate any person or persons seeking medical information regarding colon cancer, its treatments, prevention, and procedures and assist those who need financial assistance for screenings. The foundation is determined to break the silence about this killer with education and dissemination of pertinent information throughout the community.
