Sudha
Sewkarran embarked on her modeling journey in 2023 and has been
passionately
pursuing it ever since. She has had the opportunity to walk for
local New York designers
and the experience was exhilarating. The feel she gets when strutting
the runway
was a rush of confidence that is given by the audience energy
and support.
Sudha
grew up in Guyana and 27 of age states she never had a specific
role model in the industry
but enjoyed watching “America’s Next Top Model.”
She dreamt of one day being on that stage and feels
now living in New York she is on her way. As she is overcoming
her initial lack of confidence to step out
of her comfort zone and onto the runway has been a challenging
but rewarding journey. Sudha feels with
each show she does is a growth period of learning the art and
feels her plans of pushing forward,
aiming to become a successful model and eventually working with
major fashion companies.
The
journey has just begun, and I’m excited to see where it takes
me.
