The Up’s and Downs of Doing Business

The dealing of everyday life when juggling both family, job or running your own business, will tilt you far beyond your wits. As I move forward in presenting the fashion shows the construction process is time consuming and dealing with others sometimes present a conflict, in which I must make decision that cause me to take arms and move around to insure that the show moves forward. Sometimes that mean covering my bases with back ups to step in and fill the spot. This does not make my job easy because I look to work with others and help build a foundation that will last a lifetime, but others feel that there method of working is alright, when I am a 24/7, and believe others are the same. It takes a lot to make whatever you are doing to happen with a big success and it just ain’t going to happen if you think that it’s all going to fall in place on it own.
Take time to see the vision and what it take to reach acheivement, look at each person and what is going on with what they are doing for the project. Respect goes a long way if you consider other first.

Why do so many musicians loose their humanity when they become famous?

I have come to realize that the “lime light” as they call it consumes a persons character and alters it. One thing i say is that if I get to that “hollywood” status, I vow to never get a big head and loose my personality that makes me what I am. I often see famous musicians who are not humble, walking in the grocery store and you may say hi to them but you get no response. I understand that they do want space, but do you realize how you got to where you are? Don’t loose yourself in the search of fame and fortune!

Is there an alternative to serving a GOD or believing in Scientology?

A conversation was sparked a couple of days ago with some friends. Someone mentioned that they knew someone who was Atheist so we began to take this topic and evaluate it. Many Atheist believe that there is a higher being but say that it is not a GOD but my point is for example if you say that mother nature is the divine being then you are actually saying that you believe in a GOD because essentially a divine being is a form of a GOD whether it be the GOD from the Holy Bible or some other book of religion or no book at all. I feel as though if you do not believe in a GOD or Creator or Divine-being then you believe in Scientology and evolution. How can there be an alternative, if so then please educate me but I just don’t see it.

Ya!!! Jamsource Entertainment Magazine is celebrating it’s 8TH Anniversary of printing information on the many talented artist, events and more. Thoughout the past years I have learned so much about the industry and I have found out that all is not what it appears. The people that claim to have the experience to get the artist to the public is not really doing their job and who suffer is the artist. I want to ask that if you are an artist and you are attempting to get your music to the street, do your research first before you entrust your career to someone that really don’t understand the concept of reaching the people and implanting the seed about you in them. I would like to ask if you are someone you know is seeking information about getting your music to the public?

As Jamsource moves forward on the quest to give exposure to them that deserve it. I have just returned back to Houston from a trip to So. California and I am still looking off into the distance looking for a mountain or just a hill, it was truly beautiful, to go back home made me feel really good, to see family and meet new friends as I made the trip a promotional venture for Jamsource.
I picked a club “ROCK N SADDLE” in Redland, CA. where my nephew DJ Pretty Boy makes it happen every Saturday Night

Why has music and other arts been taken out of the schools?

In today’s society, everyone wants to question why the dropout rate has increased and why has crime increased but no one has taken the time to evaluate what children want or need to be successful and stay in school. I believe that if children had another outlet such as music, sports, theater, dance, and art, they will be more apt to do better in school. They need a source of relief that doesn’t include math, science, and history; they need to be encouraged and stimulated to do better in school. Music is a great source of relief, encouragement, stimulation and an great way to broaden the minds of future leaders of our world. BRING THE ARTS BACK INTO THE SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITIES AND SEE A CHANGE IN THE FUTURE OF OUR CHILDREN.

Society as one note cannot survive because the scales of life some people can not reach the expectations of others. Society must harmonize, giving each person a responsibility to hold their own and blend, the arts into the mainstream of government, schools, and out personal lives. We must face the truth that without Harmony society loose balance and the result, broken homes, crime, greed, all lead to destruction.

Harmony brings what is broken together, crime to justice, greed to sharing and help mankind to build when all else has failed.
