JAMSOURCE HARMONY

The dealing of everyday life when juggling both family, job or running your own business, will tilt you far beyond your wits. As I move forward in presenting the fashion shows the construction process is time consuming and dealing with others sometimes present a conflict, in which I must make decision that cause me to take arms and move around to insure that the show moves forward. Sometimes that mean covering my bases with back ups to step in and fill the spot. This does not make my job easy because I look to work with others and help build a foundation that will last a lifetime, but others feel that there method of working is alright, when I am a 24/7, and believe others are the same. It takes a lot to make whatever you are doing to happen with a big success and it just ain’t going to happen if you think that it’s all going to fall in place on it own.
Take time to see the vision and what it take to reach acheivement, look at each person and what is going on with what they are doing for the project. Respect goes a long way if you consider other first.
